REPERE CRITICE HONNETH-IENE ALE FENOMENULUI PUTERII
Journal Title: Analele Universitatii Ovidius Constanta Seria Istorie - Year 2011, Vol 8, Issue 0
Abstract
The present study approaches Axel Honneth's intention - that of establishing the opposite theoretical lines of Horkheimer and Adorno, respectively, Habermas and Foucault, with the declarative intention of confirming that a functional paradigmatically term such as social can be superimposed on the whole spectrum of cultural and political action. This term apparently ambiguous, raises questions about the asymmetric power, social struggle or moral consensus. Honneth delays upon these conceptual disputes establishing that social is just another problem of the critical theory - a tension triggered by a series of terms accepted by both Frankfurt School’s critical theory and by the pragmatic of the predetermined moral consensus.
