Representativeness and Legitimacy in Regional Integration: The Constitutive Forum and the Mercosur Parliament

Abstract
This article seeks to discuss the role played by two institutions, the Constituve Forum of Municipalities, Federate States, Provinces and Departments of Southern Common Market (FCCR) and the Mercosur Parliament (Parlasur), amid the representative and legitimate inclusion of subnational actors and citizens, respectively, at the heart of the regional integration process of Mercosur.
