Reproductive Function Disorders in Women with Thyroid Dysfunction (Review of the Problem)

Abstract
The article provides the information on the prevalence in the population and the impact on female reproductive function of diseases associated with thyroid hypofunction. The authors analyzed the literature on this issue. Subclinical hypothyroidism and possible reproductive violations in women with such disease attracts special attention. Modern approaches to the tactics of screening, diagnosis and treatment of this disease in order to restore and provide reproductive health, its features in terms of iodine deficiency. Presented in the paper findings clearly illustrate the feasibility of consolidating around the study of this issue, creattion a common algorithms for diagnosis and treatment of women of childbearing age with subclinical hypothyroidism.
