Requirements and requirements of insurance competition Between the public and private sectors in Algeria (reality and hope)

Abstract
Algeria known radical reforms including all sectors, among them the insurance sector which prevailed the anarchism and the mismanagement, to animate this industry in the transformations that happened in internal and international space, the centre authorities response to the different changes in the environment which put in front of great challenges ,in preceding the opening of space in front of the foreigners to perform the insurance operations after the low arising 07/95 dated on January 25th ,1995 ,followed by the low number 04/06 dated on February 20th ,2006 ,whereas the field opened on a new phenomenon didn’t found before, reveals in the competitive insurance between the public and the private sector as strategic approach to stimulate the investment in the Algerian market, its main stay eliminate the specialization in the insurance branches , also undergarment raising of customer satisfaction and coverage improving.
