Abstract
The buildings of the cultural centers are designed to carry out large-scale cultural activities among the population. At the same time, it plays a dominant role as the main building in rural and urban population centers, as it unites and brings together all segments of the population. public entertainment part, clubs, stage, administrative-economic, audience, dance hall.
