Requirements for enforcement of foreign judgments in england under common law rules

Abstract
The article considers the requirements for enforcement of foreign judgments by English courts in accordance with English law. Particularly, article researches such conditions as proper jurisdiction of foreign courts, finality of judgments and monetary character of judgments as the requirements that have to be met in order for the foreign judgment to be enforced in England.
