Requirements to mediators involved in the decision of a public-law disputes

Abstract
This article analyzes the requirements that apply to the person who wants to become a media- tor who deals with public-law disputes. Considered the peculiarities of age qualification, degree of education, professional training and grounds, in the presence of which the mediator is prohibited from engaging in mediation activities. The proposals on the improvement of theoretical and practical principles concerning the mentioned problem are formed.
