RESEARCH OF APPROACHES TO DEFINING ECONOMIC SATISFACTION OF EQUITY CAPITAL OF THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract
The theoretical approaches to the definition of the economic essence of the concept of share capital are explored. The main components of the capital of the joint-stock company are determined through the prism of financial, economic, accounting and legal approaches. The advantages and main shortcomings in the interpretation of the concepts of share capital by modern scientists are analyzed. An improved definition of the concept of "share capital" is proposed.
