Research of industry employees of the Kharkiv region work life quality state

Abstract
The results of industry employees of the Kharkiv region work life quality evaluation are shown in the article. An example of mechanical engineering by such elements as: labour conditions, material stimulation and nonmaterial encouragement, condition of environment is presented. У статті наведено результати оцінювання якості трудового життя працівниками промисловості Харківського регіону на прикладі машинобудування за запропо-нованими складовими: умови праці, матеріальне стимулювання та нематеріальне заохочення, стан зовнішнього середовища.
