RESEARCH OF MODERN TENDENCIES IN PERFORMANCE OF STUDENT’S PROFESSIONAL ORIENTATION OF SECONDARY SCHOOLS

Abstract
The work investigates the layer of scientific literature, devoted professional orientation students. It analyzed the theory, ideas, mechanism of career guidance at this stage to move towards prospective labour market with qualified personnel. It investigated the structural component of professional orientation, in particular, its kinds. The work revealed the causes of imbalances in demand and supply of labour in the labour market. It analyzed the principles which must be guided by young people in choice of professional activity. It justified the need to update the toolkit implementation of vocational guidance students meet the requirements of the modern labour market.
