RESEARCH OF PROBLEMS OF QUALITY EVALUATION OF HOTEL SERVICES

Abstract
The article deals with the problems of evaluating the quality of hotel services. The methods of evaluation are analyzed and the main criteria of hotel service quality are determined. The corresponding empirical researches of quality of services of group of hotels of Kharkov with the use of economic-mathematical modeling are carried out. Areas of improvement of quality of hotel services are developed.
