RESEARCH OF THE DETERMINISTIC CHAOS OSCILLATOR BASED ON A BIPOLAR TRANSISTOR STRUCTURE WITH NEGATIVE RESISTANCE

Abstract
The paper presents results of theoretical researching and mathematical modelling the deterministic chaos oscillator based on a bipolar structure with negative resistance. The Anishchenko-Astakhov mathematical model, one of the basic models of the deterministic chaos theory, was further developed. The equation for approximating the bipolar transistor structure static I–V curve with a hyperbolic tangent function was proposed. Generated chaotic oscillation dynamics was studied by mathematical modelling. Normalized time diagrams and amplitude-frequency spectra for chaotic oscillations of a capacitor voltage and inductivity current were obtained.
