Research on farmers’ willingness of land trust transfer based on Probit-ISM model

Abstract
[Objective] To explore the will demands and subject characteristics of farmers after the implementation of land trust policy, and analyzed the problems and difficulties in the implementation of land trust. [Method] Based on the survey data of farmers, Menglou town of Dengzhou City in Henan Province was taken as the research area, and the binary Probit model and ISM interpretation structure model were used to explore the influencing factors, mechanism and hierarchical structure of farmers’ willingness to participate in land trust transfer. [Result] (1) The main factors influencing farmers’ willingness to participate in land trust transfer were the total family population, age, per capita income of part-time workers, attitude towards land trust, cognition of land trust and satisfaction with trust policy. (2) The attitude towards land trust was the surface direct factor, the cognition of land trust, the satisfaction with trust policy, and the per capita income of part-time workers were the intermediate indirect factors, while the total family population and age were the deep root causes. [Conclusion] To carry out land trust circulation, we should establish a land trust risk guarantee mechanism and a market-oriented land trust intermediary agency, build a perfect rural social security system, and establish a special agency to effectively supervise the land trust behavior led by the government.
