RESEARCH ON LEGAL PROBLEMS OF THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT

Abstract
With the rapid development and widespread application of e-commerce and Internet technologies, traditional financial services have gradually extended to various online platforms, which have spawned the emerging field of Internet finance. Third-party payment, as an important part of internet finance, has developed rapidly in just over ten years. Third-party payment refers to an independent institution that has a certain degree of credit guarantee. Through a contract with the bank, it provides a trading platform for payment and settlement interfaces. Third-party payment has not only been limited to the initial Internet payment, but on the Internet Financial Express, a comprehensive coverage of the online and offline, and a more comprehensive payment tool for the application scene. Third-party payment has won extensive customer resources for its convenient operation, convenient and flexible, and meeting the needs of popular financial services. However, there are many legal risks and deficiencies in its own rapid development, so the article has conducted an in-depth analysis and put forward relevant countermeasures for reference
