RESEARCH PERFORMANCE EVALUATION OF CHEMISTRY GROUP FROM VALAHIA UNIVERSITY TARGOVISTE
Journal Title: Journal of Science And Arts - Year 2012, Vol 18, Issue 1
Abstract
This article presents an analysis of the scientific performance obtained by the Chemistry Group members of Department of Science from Valahia University using traditional scientometric indicators, including h-index and a new method for calculating the scientific productivity. The article also includes the results of a study which explores the time-dependence of h-index.

BASIC CONCEPTS ON MAGNETIZATION REVERSAL IN NANOSTRUCTURES: MAGNETIC FIELD AND TEMPERATURE INFLUENCE
In this lecture, we will address the problem of magnetization reversal in thin films and nanostructures. This topic is at the basis of most studies in the fields of magnetism and spintronics and is of particular relevanc...
SOME GEOMETRIC INEQUALITIES OF RADON-ERDÖS-MORDELL TYPE
Some Erdös-Mordell type inequalities for general convex poligons are presented. The main tool in the proofs is the Radon inequality.
THE RESEARCH OF THE PHYSICO-CHEMICAL PARAMETERS OF WATER TREATED WITH SONIC TECHNOLOGY
The sonic technology consists in using a installation with an ultrasound generator that induces simultaneously in water during operation an air-jet and ultrasound that influence the physical and chemical characteristics...
THE USING OF THE INTEGRATING FACTOR IN SOLVING OF DIFERENTIAL STOCHASTIC EQUATION
More and random phenomena in our environment are modulated by differential stochastic equations. The problem is finding of techniques solving differential stochastic equation using similar ways to the one we use for solv...
ABOUT A TECHNIQUE OF SOLVING SOME DIFFERENTIAL STOCHASTIC ITÔ EQUATIONS
The differential stochastic systems modeled the evolutive phenomena of environment influenced by stochastic forces. In this article it solved, using the Itô’s formula, some differential stochastic systems for a vibrating...
