Research progress of triglyceride-glucose index with type 2 diabetes mellitus and diabetic foot ulcer
Journal Title: Chinese Journal of Clinical Research - Year 2025, Vol 38, Issue 4
Abstract
Diabetic foot ulcer is a serious complication of diabetes mellitus, usually caused by neuropathy and peripheral arterial disease. Studies have shown that insulin resistance is a known risk factor for diabetic foot ulcer. Triglyceride-glucose index (TyG index) is a good alternative biomarker to evaluate insulin resistance. A review of the research progress on TyG index with type 2 diabetes mellitus and diabetic foot ulcer is presented.

Efficacy of bronchoscopic ablation combined with local injection of endostatin in advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients with intratracheal metastasis
Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of bronchoscopic ablation combined with local injection of endostatin in patients with intratracheal metastasis of advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC). Methods A retr...
Research progress of short-chain fatty acids and the relationship between immune regulation and sepsis
Short-chain fatty acids are saturated fatty acids produced by specific intestinal flora, which have various functions such as maintaining intestinal homeostasis and participating in immune regulation. In recent years, th...
Retrospective study on the efficacy of one-stop synchronous versus asynchronous ablation for atrial fibrillation
Objective To compare the efficacy of synchronous versus asynchronous catheter ablation (CA) combined with left atrial appendage occlusion (LAAO) in patients with atrial fibrillation. Methods A single.center retrospective...
Construction of a machine learning-based prediction model for mitral annular calcification
Objective To develop a risk prediction model for mitral annular calcification (MAC) using various machine learning algorithms to enable early identification and risk assessment of MAC. Methods A total of 500 patients who...
Advances in the role of T cells in colorectal cancer and related therapies
T cells are closely associated with tumor development and the homeostasis of the tumor microenvironment (TME). The co-receptors of immune checkpoints on the surface of T cells collectively regulate immune responses and c...
