Abstract

Article is devoted to research of the sphere tourist and recreational services identified factors that slow down the development of tourism and recreation industry. The above are some aspects in the creation of favorable conditions for recreational activities. Highlights forms of regulation recreational activities. Formed conclusions about the applicability of international experience, adapting them according to historical, socio-economic, cultural, and natural and geographical conditions of Ukraine.
