Resource-methodological geostrategic base reformatting

Abstract
A resource-methodological arsenal of postglobalism is considered. The possibilities of geostrategic reformatting are analysed. The aspects and dynamics of the strategic competition of cultural and civilizational worlds are being studied. Particular attention is paid to the potential of information pressure.
