RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSS OF LEGAL ACTIVITY UNDER THE LEGISLATION OF FOREIGN COUNTRIES

Abstract
The article aims to analyze the liability for obstructing the legal activity in accordance with the criminal legislation of foreign countries. Based on the experience of the legislator of other countries, the author concludes the perspectives of improving the regulations of Ukrainian criminal legislation.
