Restaurant Business as a Sales Channel for AIC Products

Abstract
The goal of the article is to show changes in the restaurant business of Ukraine and tendencies and prospects of development of the restaurant business as a part of the agrarian and industrial complex (AIC) of the country on the basis of statistical data. In the result of the study the article marks out main tendencies of development of the network and commodity circulation of the restaurant business, conducts clusterisation of Ukrainian regions by the level of its development and justifies regression models and prospective directions of development of the restaurant business. The article considers participation of restaurants in vertical integrated AIC systems of the country, which would allow ensuring moderateness of prices of their products, quality and safety of food products. The prospect of further studies is the study of the place of the restaurant business in inter-branch complexes: agro-food, tourist-hotel, health-related and cultural-entertainment.
