Restriction of human rights and freedoms: some notes on the improvement of de lege lata legislation

Abstract
Restriction of human rights and freedoms constitutes one of the important aspects of the state and human relationship. Restrictions are intended to constitute a compromise of the interests of the subject of the public, the state's interests. One of the restrictions on human and citizen's rights and freedoms is related to the right of personal immunity. Article 32 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan defines this right. The article deals with the legitimate terms of the vendor system, such as the privacy interference in public places and workplaces.
