RESTRICTIONS FOR STATE EMPLOYEES AFTER THE TERMINATION OF ACTIVITIES RELATED TO THE IMPLEMENTATION OF STATE FUNCTIONS, LOCAL GOVERNMENT

Abstract
The article analyzes the peculiarities and essence of the limitation established by the legislation for civil servants after the termination of activity connected with the fulfillment of the functions of the state and local self-government. This restriction is one of the specific limitations provided by anti-corruption legislation aimed at preventing corruption-related offenses. It applies to civil servants not only during their civil service, but also when they are released or otherwise ceased their activities. It is in the prohibition: 1) to conclude labor contracts (contracts) or to enter into transactions in the sphere of entrepreneurial activity with civil law entities controlled by private law or private entrepreneurs; 2) to disclose or otherwise use in their interests information which has become known to them in connection with the performance of official authority; 3) represent the interests of any person in cases in which the other party is a body, enterprise, institution, organization, or a civil servant at the time of the termination of the specified activity The article clarifies the circle of persons to whom this restriction applies, as well as the essence of all three elements of such restriction (to conclude contracts, to disclose information, to represent interests).
