RESTRICTIONS IMPOSED ON A SUSPECT, ACCUSED OF DOMESTIC ARREST

The article is devoted to procedural prohibitions and obligations established against suspect, accused in connection with application of a preventive measure in form of house arrest. Analyzed practice of election of house arrest in context of es- tablished limits.
