Abstract
The article deals with the concept of restructuring and its various types, the use of which is relevant to the fight against crisis phenomena in the enterprise to increase the efficiency of its activities. The article considers the conditions for the use of certain types of restructuring, in particular, the reorganization of enterprises to optimize costs, and increase management efficiency.
