Restructuring of supply chains in the meat market and its products

Abstract
The necessity of using a logistic equipment at the restructuring of supply chains in the market of meat and meat products, due to the trend of integration of information and business processes, the need to improve the country's food security and the need to address the problems of import substitution, which will create the preconditions for increasing the competitiveness of the national supply chain. Identified reserves restructuring of the supply chain and propose organizational and economic mechanism for their implementation, which will streamline the movement of goods scheme, to reduce the duration of a full logistics cycle and optimize logistics costs
