Results and analysis of the Earth’s tidal observations in the territory of Ukraine
Journal Title: Геофизический журнал - Year 2015, Vol 37, Issue 2
Abstract
1300 monthly series of continuous tiltmeter and gravimetric observations have been processed on 25 earth tide stations of Ukraine. High-precision regional parameters and of the main tidal waves, Love’s numbers and , differences of amplitude factors of diurnal tidal waves O1 and K1 have been received, which characterize the real physical properties and condition of the Earth’s core and promote a choice or construction of its most reliable model.

Prediction of pathways and places of accumulation for hydrocarbons of the Chernigiv segment of the Dnieper-Donets aulacogene in relation to magnetic heterogeneity
A complex analysis of the magnetic inhomogeneity of the entire crustal section is performed in conjunction with the available geological and geophysical data on the prediction of migration paths of deep hydrocarbons and...
Analysis of stress-strain state of Caucasus region (Azerbaijan) on the basis of maximum horizontal stress vectors and "World Stress Map" application technique
The influence of topographic anomaly of the relief on the stress-strain state of the Caucasus lithosphere (Azerbaijan) and plotting the respective models have been considered in the paper. Stress-strain state was studied...
Gongola Basin Geoid Determination using Isostatic Models and Seismic Reflection Data and Geophysical Interpretation
The application of Stokes’ formula to create geoid undulation requires no masses outside the geoid. Usually, a constant density of 2.67g / cm3 is used in the determination of the geoid which introduces error in the reduc...
