RETOS DE LA EDUCACIÓN ANTE LA DESERCIÓN ESCOLAR UNIVERSITARIA. REVISIÓN SISTEMÁTICA

Nowadays the world of work becomes more demanding for young people, while universities renew their syllabus and get ready to give them the necessary tools to face it, the demand for a degree becomes fierceful and that is why it is alarming that many youngsters drop out university studies in different moments. Although different factors have been studied, they have not been neither minimized nor eliminated to ensure that the same young people who start a professional career complete it. That is why we carried out this qualitative systematic-narrative review in which we seek to give an overview of the University dropout in Spanish-speaking countries. Although we found different articles in which risk factors are mentioned, specific situations and even proposals on how to eliminate them, there is no consistent conclusion that can be generalized and guarantee the culmination of university studies. So we can conclude that despite the difficulties and different circumstances that our university students may face, the best we can do is generate support proposals for the different circumstances, generating security and empowerthem.
