Abstract
The existing strategy and tactics of car maintenance and repair require the perfection of the basic principles of the motor transport subsystem. The structure and the main features of the developed transport-telematics system «KhNAHU TESA» that makes it possible to implement the adaptive system of car maintenance and repair is presented.
