Retrospective appearance of the notarial certificate of the donation contract.

Abstract
The article deals with theoretical and legal analysis of the retrospective of the notarial certificate of the donation contract. The stages of the preconditions of the birth of a notarial certificate of a donation contract are revealed. The features of each of the stages are characterized.
