RETROSPECTIVE REVIEW OF SOME CLASSIC MANAGEMENT RESEARCH OF RESISTANCE TO ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE

Abstract
The classical research management resistance to organizational change, covering the genesis and early development of the problem. This period dates from the 40s to the 70s of XX century. It can be defined as “romanticism " in the management of change and the negative attitude of the staff to it. For the Industrial organizations, resistance is a new phenomenon until the mid 40s of the last century. The publication makes a retrospective review of the most popular views for the study of resistance to change and its impact on people's behavior and activities of the organizations
