RETROSPECTIVE REVIEW OF SOME RECENT MANAGEMENT RESEARCH OF RESISTANCE TO ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGE

Abstract
The current research management resistance to organizational change, covering latest trends of the problem. This period dates from the 80s of XX century to today. Resistance to change is viewed from different positions and view points, which enriches the theoretical and rational approaches to its study. Advanced guidance for resistance management are easily recognized by their specific interpretations, due to the large number of publications. They contribute to the understanding of the specificity and instrumentation and methodological basis of resistance to organizational change
