Revealing of the contradictions in the development of integration formations in the M&A market with the help of multidimensional data classification

Abstract
The article is devoted to revelation of the contradictions in the development of integration formations in the M&A market with the help of multidimensional data classification. The comparative analysis of the world, US, Europe, Asia–Pacific and Ukrainian markets of mergers and acquisitions was performed. Existing absorption paths and associations of enterprises in Ukraine were systematized and justified. All countries that operate in the market of mergers and acquisitions were classified in five groups ofindicators on the basis of cluster analysis: the number of transactions, transaction costs, and average cost of one deal.
