REVIEW OF INTERNATIONAL JUDICIAL PRACTICE IN THE FIELD OF DIPLOMATIC PROTECTION

Abstract
Review of international judicial practice in the field of diplomatic protection. The article reviews the international jurisprudence on the issues of the exercise of diplomatic rotection. Among the issues raised in international judicial practice are the provision of protection to bipatrids, stateless persons, legal entities, shareholders. It is noted that international judicial practice has had a significant impact on the development of the institution of diplomatic pro- tection, its forms and content.
