Abstract
Heat Exchanger is the key part in a thermal industry .Hence performance of heat exchanger affects the quality and productivity of thermal plant .Industrial management focusing on the development of mechanism of plant up to the optimum level to achieve lean and agile manufacturing of product. With the same view we need to optimize the performance of each machine of plant. To optimize the function of heat exchanger. This review it is an act to find the no of parameters and mode of heat exchanging which affects the performance of heat exchanger.
