Revisiting the issue of the quality of learning services provided by the higher educational establishments

Abstract
The article is devoted to the disclosure of the notion of quality of learning services provided by higher educational establishments. On the ground of analysis of Ukrainian legislation and international standards in the field of interest, the main criteria for evaluating the quality of learning services are disclosed. Particular attention is paid to the basic methods for determining the quality of learning services provided by higher educational establishments.
