Abstract
Розглядається дослідження вертикальних осідань гуртожитку ХНАДУ №5 у 2018 році. Необхідність спостереження за осіданнями будівлі викликана ситуаційним розташуван-ням будівлі на частково штучному схилі зі стрімким перепадом висот. На основі аналізу динаміки зміни переміщень у часі зроблено висновки щодо вертикальних переміщень будівлі.
