RIGHT TO FREEDOM OF SPEECH IN THE ASPECTS OF JOURNALISM

Abstract
This article is devoted to the problem of providing journalists with the right to freedom of speech. In particular, the experience of such countries as United States of America, Germany and France was analyzed. An analysis of both, legal regulation of the issues of securing the freedom of speech in the context of journalist activities, and also judicial precedents, was conducted. Special attention was given to the study of effective guaranteeing of this right in Ukraine. Furthermore, the proposals to improve the level of providing the freedom of speech in Ukraine were given.
