Abstract
The land in Ukraine is the only one resource, which is external in respect of market relations, what does not allow to consider our country as the market country and as the factor which stops its way to eurointegration as well as the process of Ukrainian people welfare enhancing. Land market – it is the possibility of credit for agricultural activity obtaining, the possibility of fixed funds renovation and investments realization, it is the efficiency of this land use and on the that base – food security and economical independence of country supply. But, land market functioning efficiency will depend on whose interests will be represented in this market, and because of that the resolving of such problem under conditions of total corruption on the all levels of economical activity and of social antipathy from the side of people what is the objective consequence of trust losing by authorities is such dangerous as unperspective if we could speak about some efficiency of such process. Apart of that, some needed conditions for land market introduction, are absent in this country – economical and legal institutes, market infrastructure with the land gelds and auctions, the system of personnel preparation and consulting delivery system. But the effective resolving of such problem is the deal of very high levels of importance, obviously – the last chance for authorities to renew that trust as well as to supply the level of life for our citizens which is reworded by them. That’s way the resolving of the problem of land market introduction objectively is the prorogation of the government
