Data analysis was done using SPSS software. Results: The overall mean haemoglobin (Hb) was 11.55g/dL in controls, whereas it was seen that among the cases it was 9.58g/dL.It would seem that diet, family size, education, social class, gravida and parity are associated with anemia in pregnancy.
