Risks and Damages of Environmental Pollution can be insured

Abstract
Some of the technical advances and economic improvement has been polluted the environment. Compensating the costs of environmental damages is one of the industrial companies and government problems.This research is one of the descriptive researches and the collecting information tools we: observation and interview. Beside, environmental rules and provisions and also business and insurance environmental rules and provisions in Iran has been studied. In this research, complex of environmental rules knowledge, insurance laws and also insurance knowledge is evaluated as an important subject and the subject of research is mentioned as a compensation tool for environmental pollution. We are searching a way to establish prevention mechanisms and compensate damage of environmental pollution and we introduce the role of insurance companies as a machismo to compensate the damage of environmental pollution. Insurance companies can insure the environmental pollution dangers based on insurance agreements and through this way it is necessary to follow the insurance principles in these agreements.
