RISKS IN ACTIVITIES OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES: TYPES, EVALUATION METHODS AND MEASURES TO OVERCOME RISK

Abstract
The article analyzes the essence of the concept of «risk» and clarifies the need for its evaluation. The main classification characteristics of risks in the activity of industrial enterprises are considered and the influence of risks on the activity of enterprises is clarified. The main methods of risk assessment are analyzed and the expediency of their use in the activity of enterprises is determined. The analysis of existing risks on PJSC «Ukrainsky grafit» is carried out, among which are: market risks, risks of an unstable situation in the country, changes in the competitive environment, force majeure in the enterprise, rising energy prices. The ways of enterprise risk management are proposed with the aim of minimizing their negative impact or neutralizing the action, as well as proposing measures that prevent the impact of risks on the activities of the enterprise.
