RISKS INFLUENCE ON THE ACTIVITY OF COMMERCIAL BANKS

Abstract
The article deals with the impact of risks on banking activities, especially with credit and interest-rate risks. Classification of bank risks is of great importance in the bank's management system and in the assessment of its activities. The authors propose to evaluate these risks taking into account combinations of different methods based on the ratio method. In banking, great attention should be paid to assessing the credit process effectiveness and the balance of active and passive operations.
