RISKS OF PRESERVATION OF THE CHILDREN’S POPULATION OF UKRAINE

Abstract
Purpose. Investigation of the risks of preserving the children’s population of Ukraine. Methodology of research. To achieve the goal in the research process, general scientific methods and techniques were used: monographic for studying literary sources on the subject of research; formal logic for analysis, generalization and systematization of the material; tabular and graphical for visual representation of the received data; abstract-logical for substantiating theoretical generalizations and conclusions. Findings. The risks of preserving the children’s population in the context of two groups were investigated. The first group of risks of preserving the children’s population of Ukraine includes the deformation peculiarities of the mechanism of reproduction of the population of Ukraine, and the second risks associated with the formation of the health of the children’s population. In the context of the studied problem, the dynamics of the age structure of the population of Ukraine, the number of live births and natural growth in 1990-2016, and the rate of increase in the incidence rate of children aged 0-17 in the classes of diseases were presented. Originality. An analytical assessment of the health risks of the children’s population of Ukraine in two groups was further developed related to the deformation peculiarities of the mechanism of reproduction of the population of Ukraine in general and related to the formation of the health of the child population. Practical value. Some provisions of scientific research can be used in the educational process and in the writing of scientific papers and in the formation of state and regional programs for the preservation of the children’s population of Ukraine.
