Ризик раптової смерті в спорті у осіб з ознаками дисплазії сполучної тканини (огляд літератури)

Abstract
Проведенный обзор литературы показывает, что несмотря на раскрытие ряда причин и механизмов возникновения внезапной смерти у лиц, выполняющих физические нагрузки, эта проблема остается актуальной и на сегодняшний день. Основной причиной внезапной смер¬ти в спорте являются патологические состояния и заболевания сердца. Особую группу риска при врачебном контроле за занимающимися фи¬зическими нагрузками составляют лица с наличием малых аномалий развития, что может быть проявлением дисплазии соединительной ткани. При всем многообразии поражения органов и систем у па¬ци¬ентов с дисплазией соединительной ткани ведущей патологией, опре¬деляющей качество и прогноз жизни, являются кардиоваскулярные рас¬стройства.
