РОЛЬ ЦИФРОВИХ ТЕХНОЛОГІЙ В ОСВІТНЬОМУ ПРОЦЕСІ ЗАКЛАДУ ПІСЛЯДИПЛОМНОЇ ОСВІТИ

Abstract

The paper discloses the interrelation between a digital economy, a digital society and digital education. The author focuses on the updated document of the EU – Digital Competence Framework (DigComp 2.0). Correspondingly, the author conducts an analysis of further development of the education system in Ukraine in general and the postgraduate education in particular. The author examines processes of reformation of the education in Ukraine, namely development of the distance education as well as the content and peculiarities of formation of information and digital competence of an applicant. Having done research on application of digital technologies in the education process of enhancing skills of managerial and pedagogical staffs of education, the author determines five factors, which improve efficiency of education, quality of obtained knowledge and constant updating, their ability for lifelong learning and creative abilities for projecting an individual education process as well as an education process at own educational institution. Drawing on a complex of empirical (praximetric, diagnostic, observational, experimental) and theoretical (analysis, content-analysis, synthesis, generalization, abstraction, formalization) methods of research, the author indicates advantages and disadvantages at the current stage of development of the digital postgraduate education in Ukraine.
