Роль юридической клиники как способа практического обучения студентов-юристов

Abstract
В данной статье рассматривается проблема роли юридических клиник, созданных на базе вузов Российской Федерации, в получении практических знаний студентами–юристами. Авторами дается определение юридической клиники, а также рассматривается совокупность определенных качеств и навыков, которые студент–юрист получает в рамках обучения и работы в данном структурном подразделении вуза.
