РОЛЬ ПОСЕРЕДНИКІВ У ПРАЦЕВЛАШТУВАННІ ГРОМАДЯН УКРАЇНИ ЗА КОРДОНОМ

Abstract
У статті проаналізовано міжнародно-правові засади діяльності посередників на міжнародному ринку праці. Встановлено провідну роль приватних агентств у працевлаштуванні українців за кордоном. Проаналізовано статистику діяльності приватних агентств зайнятості. Виявлено, а також систематизовано проблемні питання діяльності посередників для працевлаштування. Запропоновано напрями удосконалення їх діяльності.
