Роль профспілкової організації в реалізації працівниками права на страйк

Abstract
<p><em>Проаналізовано ключову роль профспілки в процедурі реалізації працівниками права на страйк. Запропоновано механізм визначення представницького органу, що очолить страйк, якщо на підприємстві функціонують одночасно декілька професійних спілок. Обґрунтовано доцільність розроблення учасниками страйку Положення про страйковий фонд з метою покриття спричинених роботодавцю незаконним страйком збитків, компенсації втраченої за час страйку заробітної плати страйкарям. Висловлено пропозицію наділити профспілку чи інший орган (особу), що очолює страйк, правом призупиняти страйк.</em></p>
