Rola centralnego kontrahenta w rozliczeniach transakcji na rynku nieregulowanym OTC na przykładzie działalności KDPW_CCP

Abstract
Celem artykułu jest analiza realizacji zadań z zakresu rozliczania transakcji z rynku OTC przez izbę rozliczeniową w Polsce. Wynikają one z nowych regulacji europejskich. W analizie uwzględniono zarówno rozwiązania organizacyjno-prawne zastosowane w tym obszarze, jak i dotychczasowy rozwój usług rozliczania transakcji OTC świadczonych przez KDPW_CCP. Badanie objęło okres od momentu rozpoczęcia działalności przez KDPW_CCP do 1 maja 2016 r.
