Rola lekarza rodzinnego w procesie wczesnej wykrywalności niedosłuchu u dzieci, realizowanej w ramach Powszechnego Programu Przesiewowych Badań Słuchu u Noworodków

Abstract
Wstęp. Wraz z wprowadzeniem Powszechnego Programu Przesiewowych Badań Słuchu u Noworodków (PPPBSuN) wzrosła wykrywalności wrodzonych wad słuchu. Cel pracy. Realizowanie założeń Programu wymaga współpracy oddziałów noworodkowych, laryngologów i podstawowej opieki zdrowotnej, dlatego podkreśla się rolę lekarzy rodzinnych w tym procesie. Materiał i metody. Przesiewowe badania słuchu bazujące na pomiarze otoemisji akustycznej stanowią proste, nieinwazyjne narzędzie wykrywania niedosłuchu u niemowląt. Wyniki. W materiale z ostatnich 4 lat PPPBSuN poddano analizie grupę dzieci zgłaszających się celem diagnostyki i wynikający z tego odsetek dzieci, które nie zostały zdiagnozowane. Wnioski. W pracy wskazano rolę lekarza rodzinnego, który pozostając w bliskim kontakcie z pacjentem, może wskazać rodzicom na konieczność diagnostyki dzieci, które nadal posiadają „żółty” certyfikat.
